REPAIRS
We here at Westward Leather Company believe in building products that stand for quality. Each item is painstakingly built by hand from start to finish, and designed in a minimalistic style which we believe increases it's chances of survival over time, as well as allows for easy replacement of worn out parts, and repairs in case of an accident. For example, your dog chews on the straps of your bag: That is something that I can replace for a certain fee decided based upon the circumstance and need. Please contact me for such repairs to determine what actions we can take to fix the problem.
WLC GUARANTEE
For all items that I make, I will guarantee free repairs of any malfunctions that are manufacturing oriented, within a reasonable time frame; i.e. threads coming loose, hardware flaws. I do not expect this to happen, as I've never had an issue before, but it is of course possible that hardware does not engage properly, or that a needle scored a piece of thread during sewing, making it weaker than designed to be. Please contact me before taking any action, so we can determine what went wrong, and how we can remedy the situation.
