Returns scarcely, if ever, happen around here. With craftsmanship and a taste for detail, here at Westward, we try to give exhaustive details about the goods we make, so as to help you find exactly what you need. We want to make sure you as the customer understand what to expect from the products, so as to avoid an unexpected surprise in the design, the size, or the leather.

The nature of craft leather, and often custom styled leather goods, is that once sent out into the world, they begin their maturation process. Because of this, Westward Leather Co. must charge a 15% restocking fee to cover for the fact that a returned item can no longer be sold as “new”. The refund of the balance will be issued upon inspection of the item when it’s returned, if the item is unused and unsullied.

As for full custom items, considering the agreement between client and maker to create a non stock and unique item, returns cannot be accepted. And it is my hope after the extensive conversation and excitement prior to creating said goods, this would never be a situation to arise.

Apologies for this inconvenience, however we will of course issue a full refund or exchange, with no charge, for items that have arrived damaged or malfunctioning. Please feel free to contact us here with any questions or circumstances regarding this issue.
